プレゼンテーションとトーク： 18:00より、エドワール本人による短い解説を最初に行います。

フランス人若手建築家 エドゥアールの展示とトークイベントをOGU MAGの2階にて開催します。皆様のご参加をお待ちしております。

ステイトメント

エドゥアール・ミシェル（Edouard Michel）は2025年にブリュッセル自由大学を卒業したばかりの若手建築家です。現在は荒川区の「OGU MAG+」2階に滞在しながら、日本の新しい世代の建築家たちが取り組んでいる「コミュニティのニーズ」や「建物の再生（リノベーション）」について研究しています。

エドゥアールは、建築のデザインを「出版（本作り）」という形でも表現したいと考えています。今回は、2025年に大学で行ったプロジェクトをベースにした、彼にとって初めてのZINEを展示します。

この作品は、鉄骨造の建物にまつわるストーリーを集めることで、既存の製品をそのまま使う「レディメイド」の可能性を探る試みです。 「今ある資源を活かして、新しいデザインを生み出すための道具」を、建築家やデザイナーに向けて提案することを目的としています。

Steel Found Objects : Post-industrial architecture

Edouard Michel is a young architect who graduated from the Université Libre de Bruxelles in 2025. Currently residing at OGU MAG+ 2F, he is conducting research on the new generation of Japanese architects who are focusing on community needs and renovation.

Wishing to develop a publishing practice, he will exhibit his first zine, based on former project conducted at university in 2025.

This work explores the issues of Ready Made by collecting stories from steel-built architectures. It aims to offer architects and designers a tool for designing from existing resources.
